Absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing getaway. Quiet and serene sandy beach. Kayaks available as described and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views from the lake. Great place to take the opportunity to try out the SUP in the shallows of their sandy beach. Bev and Louise were welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We truly appreciate our hosts for sharing their home to provide such a wonderful experience.

We were in town for a wedding and had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Great location in the heart of Port Carling but still private enough to relax on the large deck and enjoy the view of the water. Would definitely stay again.

We had a really nice and peaceful stay at Lynn’s. She kindly let us used some snowshoes which was a must to explore the snowy nearby trails. The sauna and jaccuzi were really appreciated to warm up after a day in the cold! Would like to come back in the summer or fall as it must be stunning as well!

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

Great little place right in the heart of Port Carling. It was a great place to hang out after seeing the sights. Thanks Kelly we arrived after dark and found the lights on waiting for us, warm and even a little ambient music. After a day of travelling, perfect! thanks Kelly.

We have stayed at Susan’s place for our anniversary a few years in a row and it is always clean, cozy, and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away with a loved one.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, making the whole process seamless. The space itself was incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was the stunning view of the lake — it was so peaceful and beautiful. Fred’s house was great! The house’s open concept was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to hang out in through the cold winter days without feeling crowded. The fireplace added lovely ambience and warmth. The six bedrooms ensured we all had our own space, which was a nice treat for our girls’ weekend. The master bedroom with ensuite was particularly spacious. The whole house was nicely decorated, and overall was a cozy and welcoming place. We didn’t use the sunroom, as is unfortunately smelled of smoke. Fred was a very responsive host. He quickly answered any questions. We had a lovely stay here, and wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend it.

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

We stayed at Dave and Linette's home while we were in the area for a women's hockey tournament and it was the perfect spot for our team! it was so clean and spacious. Dave and Linette snow-blowed a path to the fire pit so that we could enjoy a beverage outside together. The view is amazing and parking was ample. We would love to stay here again. Dave and Linette communicated often and clearly and were so kind. Thank you L & D!

Had a very nice weekend at Christina's cottage. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable to hang out in. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there's a grocery store 10min away that had everything we needed. There's also a decent restaurant just a block away when we didn't feel like cooking. A few things weren't functioning due to the big ice storm just a few days earlier, but Christina was quick to respond to messages and had someone there to fix things within the hour. There was a little more snow still around than I expected for April, so we didn't use the outdoor amenities very much, but the sauna was still really nice. Port Carling is pretty quiet this time of year, but we did find a few nice hikes nearby to enjoy the scenery.

Great place to stay in Huntsville, close to the lake and provincial park with lots of winter activities. Igor was very helpful and accomodating.

The condo had recently been remodeled. There was excellent lighting throughout the unit. The bathroom had ample space with a good shower and fixtures that worked well. The beds were comfortable, with good bedding and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with usable items. All the appliances worked well. The view through the trees to the lake was lovely.

Peter was very quick with his responses and took the time to look up what was near the air bnb. The location was amazing since it was right beside a ski resort and 20 minutes away was the most beautiful skating trail in the forest. The air bnb itself was very nice. We cooked dinner and it had everything we needed and seasoning as well. The only thing would be the TV which we didn’t bring a laptop to connect to, which Peter did communicate to us we needed. It was a very great stay and Peter was ever helpful and kind ! Will come back in the summer for the lake.

We had an excellent time! The pictures don’t do the place justice. Spotless, tvs in all rooms. Balconies on every floor. Very modern and up to date. Would not change anything. We went to Canvas brewing to play games and try the beer, visited Deerhurst with the kids, went for a hike, checked out the indoor saltwater pool (dated, but we had it to ourselves which was nice). Played near the lake as it was beautiful sunny weather. Town is very close for all amenities! Thank you!

We had the most amazing experience staying at Phil and Kim's condo. From the moment we arrived, we are blown away by the modern, minimalistic design of the space. It truly feels like a home away from home — everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided, and the space is impeccably clean and well-organized. The attention to detail is evident in every corner. The hosts are absolutely fantastic! They are always just a message away and ready to assist with anything, making the whole stay so seamless and stress-free. Their prompt and friendly communication added so much value to the experience. You can tell they really care about providing the best possible stay for their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped space with incredibly thoughtful hosts! Although this is our 2nd time here but surely, we will definitely stay here every Huntsville Dance Competition.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy, surrounded by stunning scenery that made the whole experience peaceful and refreshing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided—the amenities made it feel just like home. We especially loved waking up to the breathtaking views and having a quiet coffee in such a tranquil setting. I had a wonderful stay at Maja's and Neno Airbnb in Huntsville! The place was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and cozy living spaces. The host thought of every little detail, making it feel like home. The location was perfect too, just 10 minutes to arrowhead provincial park. Whether you're here for outdoor adventures or exploring downtown, this place is a fantastic base. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Would definitely stay here again.

We were extremely happy with the accommodations provided by Matt and Katie. Katie laid out clear instructions which made checking in and checking out a breeze. Everything was spotless and the location is extremely quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Huntsville area.
