Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

The Wood Shed

Welcome to the Wood Shed! This cozy little 1.5 story unit is nestled on the corner of a country residential lot in the heart of Whitehorse. From your front door you can access nature in minutes from cross country ski and hiking trails, to a vibrant wetland nearby. If exploration of the city is more your thing, you are less than a 10 minute drive from the heart of downtown Whitehorse, shops, nightlife and the Yukon experience. This 2 bed, 1 bathroom unit is newly built in 2019 and ready for you!

Wolf Creek Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this stylish, peaceful space. Located 15 minutes from town, the suite is one bedroom, one bathroom built in 2023. The bedroom has a loft bed above the queen bed. The 3.7 acre property backs on to endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

Modern luxury, 1 bedroom, 1 bath in the heart of downtown Whitehorse. Free powered parking just steps from the building entrance. This unit is within walking distance of all downtown Whitehorse has to offer... Yukon River, restaurants, coffee shops, conference centers, bus stops, local shops and so much more. Note to past guests that this until no longer has a second bed in the spare room this is now a one bedroom/bed unit with an office. It’s only suited for a couple or a single person.

This stylish and newly built studio suite is located in a quiet and established area of Porter Creek. This suite features a cozy living area, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable queen-sized bed. It’s adorned with custom-fit blinds, undermount cabinet soft lighting and a beautiful (and easy to operate) electric fireplace. In our suite you will find a full-sized fridge, washer, and dryer, and unlimited high-speed internet along with Netflix for your viewing enjoyment.

THE HOBO - 35 min from Whitehorse

Located on the headwaters of the Yukon River, 2 kilometers from Alaska Highway, half hour drive to Whitehorse. The cabin faces Marsh Lake, where thousands of swans, ducks and other waterbirds congregate each spring. Gorgeous view of mountain peaks. Sandy beach and forest trails. Cabin is self sufficient, with an antique double bed, wood stove, and kitchenette- blue jug water system, small fridge and hotplate. Free wifi and dog friendly. A sweet outhouse in the woods.

Rustic Cabin on farm, 35 min drive north of whitehorse, with kitchen, woodstove, drinkable city water, minimal power and light, power outlet and outhouse (outdoor toilet) access to BBQ or firepit. Sleeping arrangement: 2 twin bed on one side in the loft and 1 twin matress on the other side. Pull out sofa on the mainfloor. Peaceful place with beautiful few , relaxing and recharging. Sauna available (one sauna included by bookings for 3 nights - otherwise $25.00)

Mike’s Place Entire Guest Suite w/Private Entrance

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Street parking is available in front of the house.

Welcome to The SpruceBird! High up in a pine forest, this classy & woodsy suite is sure to delight. The SpruceBird is surrounded by nature, including hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails. We recommend that our guests rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay to make the most of the incredible sights around Whitehorse. Aurora borealis (aka the Northern Lights) when active are often visible right from your front door. Come and check it out!

Oma and Opa's Northern Lights Cabin

Our cabin is an ideal location for Northern Lights viewing in the Whitehorse area, there is no light pollution and a perfect view of the northern sky from the comfort of the cabin. Our property is surrounded by Yukon Wilderness, endless trails and nearby historic Lake Laberge. The cabin is newly constructed in 2016, private, clean and comfortable. Our place is well suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
