Kick back & relax in this newly built A-frame cabin with an outdoor space featuring a large deck overlooking the hillside. Enjoy the custom made cedarwood sauna, hot tub, firepit with hanging egg chairs while listening to the beautiful waterfall feature. Inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen including nespresso machine, air fryer, blender and more. King size bed with a Helix Hospitality mattress dressed with luxe Brooklinen linens & pillows. Spacious bathroom with a large stand up shower.

Settle in next to the fireplace with a good book or relax around an outdoor fire with a glass of wine at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sound of the creek. With 2 BR/2 baths this is perfect for small groups and is very centrally located to all of the nearby Lancaster County attractions.

There's several different tables and islands to accommodate work and dining in, as well as space outside for children to use riding toys and play.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions.
