Bear Ridge

Welcome to Bear Ridge, where you can relax with your entire family. This two story cabin is less than one mile from downtown Helen and is nestled in the woods right outside the city limits. You are close enough to walk into town and secluded enough to enjoy outdoor living on the front porch or one of the two back decks. The upstairs back deck has a table for two and places you up in the trees. The bottom deck has a hot tub, outdoor seating and a gas grill so you can make yourself at home.

There is also many hiking places in the area.We have heat & central air plus a modern farmhouse kitchen with granite counters.The bathroom is also new and updated with full shower. There is a screened porch and open air porch. Cabin is located in the wine country and foothills of the Appalachian Mts. POINTS OF INTEREST Dahlonega & Helen 11 mi. Frogtown ,Kaya,Three Sisters wineries 3 mi Cabbage Patch 4 mi.

TLC: The Lake Cottage

TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. Comfortable new sleeper sofa obtained in 2022. We are handicapped accessible, and pet friendly. Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV. A fun nature getaway!

The Shed on Pink Mountain! Escape to the mountains

Come visit The Shed on Pink Mountain. nestled in north Georgia mountains, close to Helen and Oktoberfest. This 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath cabin provides all the comforts of modern amenities while enjoying the clean mountain air and the sounds of nature. Secluded in the North Georgia Mountains, outdoor amenities include a grill, fire pit, and hot tub. Hiking, wine vineyards, antique stores, local dining, and the Chattahoochee River are all within short drives.

We have rented our cabin since 2010. We maintain a clean, spacious and private cabin for what many guests consider one of the best values for this type of accommodation in the area. The cabin is located near Unicoi State Park/Anna Ruby Falls (5-10 minutes) and Helen (10 minutes). Lake Burton is about 40 minutes away.
