This 40 square meter condominium is beautifully designed and perfect for up to 4 people. The Cove beach is just 10 minutes walking distance or a Hop On Hop Off bus ride from the apartment. Puka Beach is around 5 minutes and White Beach Station 1 around 10 to 15 minutes using the Hop on Hop Off Bus. The nightlife is at White Beach Station 1 & 2 and it is just 4km away.

This property is located at One Hagdan Villas on the higher part of the compound which gives you the view of the ocean and the lush greens of the island. Composed of 4 guestrooms with (1) maids/drivers room located at the ground floor with an entertainment room where you can play billiard with your friends, and this is exclusively for you. You also have your own caretaker that you can ask for shopping and request for a small laundry. This will welcome you to be your home in paradise.

The Beach House, Boracay is perfect for large families and groups who want to have a comfortable and non-costly stay at Boracay! Located 20 steps from the beach (away from loud bars and the noisy main road), you'll feel the serenity that Station 1 has to offer along with an uncrowded beachfront! During low tide, the sea receeds as much as a hundred meters from the shore (the farthest compared to Station 2 and 3!) which reveals the prestine beach that Boracay is very well-known for!

Balay sa Bukid Studio Type A1

My place is a 5 minute walk to the beach and has views of the sea from the room and balcony. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, garden and the quiet neighborhood. The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the main road to catch transport to anywhere on the island. Note. There are steps from the main road leading up to my apartment therefore not suitable for persons who would struggle with this. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
