The Bothy is a rural, coastal, studio cottage.

This unique place has a style all of its own. The Bothy is newly renovated and offers a peaceful, coastal getaway for 2. It is a twin bedded studio cottage with a separate bathroom and shower. There is a microwave, electric hob, toaster and kettle in the kitchen area. Dining table and chairs. Wall mounted TV and WiFi. There are several quiet beaches with wonderful coastlines to explore within walking distance. There is also the stunning St Medan Golf Course that welcomes visitors all year round.

“Knowe” as Carsluith Holiday Lodge is a beautiful secluded, open plan completely off-grid lodge set on a 12 acre small holding, where you can sit and relax in your own wood-fired hot tub and enjoy Galloway’s famous dark skies with views overlooking the Cree estuary. We allow max 2 pets for free, with a secluded beach just 5 minutes walk away and only 10 minutes drive away from Kirroughtree 7stanes which is a great location for mountain biking trails and forest walks. Converted Horsebox 'Teddy's Place'

Our lovingly converted fully heated horsebox is very cosy, it has glorious views across our farmland to the Galloway Hills on a clear day. We're surrounded by wildlife and our horses are always close by. We are also part of the Galloway Dark Sky park so at night the stars are very bright perfect for star gazing. Teddy's Place is sited within our farm surrounded by arable fields and our paddocks with our horses, Teddy our gypsy cob, Elvis our old sports horse, and Massey our cheeky Shetland pony

The Duck House Bothy

Experience rural Galloway in South West Scotland by staying in this carefully restored stone farm building nestled under an ancient sycamore tree. Enjoy the living area constructed from oak beams, sit and relax by the Jotul log stove, and watch a film on the smart TV after a day of walking, cycling or exploring the nearby beaches, hills and forests. Retreat to the mezzanine sleeping area, accessed by traditional bothy stairs. Between May and September farm tours are available by arrangement.

Popsal cottage

Popsal cottage is a charming stone built two bedroom home, exuding charcter and warmth. Nestled in a picturesque setting, it boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking tranquility. The cottage has a cozy, inviting interior, featuring exposed stone walls and traditional design the cottage offers comfortable and well appointed accomodation. Inside there is a king bedroom and charming twin bedroom, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

Shore Escape

Shore Escape is a self-catering, coastal, family-run, handcrafted retreat with sea views and a stones throw from the shore line of Carsluith Bay. It is situated on the edge of the UK's first Dark Sky Park and situated on the South Coast 300 route. Shore escape provides the perfect base for a short break, and the perfect base to explore the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway. Please note: if guests are using sofa bed please bring own linens. The Granary, Little Tahall Farm

The Granary is situated on our small working farm with stunning views over Wigtown Bay. Sleeps 2/4 with twin or double bedroom downstairs, single/double bed can be provided in lounge. Small child friendly, travel cot, high chair etc available. Short drive to beaches, Galloway Forest, hills and coast. Five minutes from Wigtown, handy for the Book Festival. Great for bikers, cyclists, walkers, bird watching or relaxing. One well behaved dog welcome, please advise us before arrival.

Airlies Farm Cottage

Airlies Farm Cottage lies nestled in the heart of the Wigtownshire hills. Situated 90 meters above sea level, the Farm is surrounded by wildlife, with stunning views by day, and the bright stars of the Galloway dark sky park by night (unless it's raining!). Our 150 year old Scottish farm cottage has been lovingly renovated with handmade furniture and soft furnishings to provide you with the luxury you deserve, while you relax, unwind, explore or chase an adventure.

The Potager Tree House

Situated within the vegetable garden five feet up. Unfortunately, not suitable for disabled access. There is a tree coming up through the balcony which gets full sun in the morning for breakfast alfresco. Living area is small and quirky but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a BBQ, a wood fired whiskey barrel hot tub and enough coals and logs provided for one night. The garden is secure and dog friendly. Private entry and parking.
