Imagine only 40 mins from Auckland City to our tranquil retreat... a gorgeous apartment double glazed fully insulated on one of the best roads on the coast with truly amazing sea views from whale Cove to Red Beach Orewa and beyond to wake up to with a coffee on your beautiful northfacing deck. All day sun in the winter and cool in summer. Watch the sunset fire up the sky in the evening. Use our kayak or paddleboard to enjoy the ocean a short walk from your retreat or fish at the secret spot!!!!

Kawau Island Treehouse

Nestled behind a pohutukawa tree on the water’s edge, Kawau Treehouse is a peaceful year-round escape with easy access to fishing, kayaking, swimming, snorkelling, and bush walks. The Potting Shed

The Potting Shed is part of The Grey House circa 1904, 129 Ridge Road, Scotts Landing on the edge of the Mahurangi River. The space was house potting shed and laundry and has now been repurposed to create a magical memorable space with singles and couples in mind to have space to relax and get away from noise and day to day pressures. Located 20 minutes from the Matakana and gateway to Omaha, Goat Island, surrounding vineyards and galleries. Please note access to a loft bed is by ladder.

Spacious, modern and quiet Remuera suite

This modern, architecturally designed suite with its own private entrance is nestled amongst peaceful bush surrounds in Remuera and overlooks the Orakei Basin inlet. It has comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, underfloor bathroom heating, under sheet electric blankets and a spacious grassy outdoor area with a path that leads down to the water's edge. 1km from Mairangi Bay (10 mins walk/2-3 mins drive).The guest area is below the main house & has its own entrance. The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child. Please note that our downstairs studio has a low ceiling (1.98m high) and we don’t have a full kitchen. Breakfast: Tea/Coffee (Nespresso Machine)/Cereal and milk included. Wake up to birdsong and the sound of the sea on the beautiful hibiscus coast, with your own private walkway to the beach. This is a classic kiwi bach - not much matches, some of the windows don't fully open - but it's comfortable and fun, and a place to rest, relax, and enjoy nature. It is set amongst native pūriri and pōhutukawa trees which are home to tui’s, fantails and wood pigeons.
