Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
