Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Ideaal om met je gezin onze mooie streek te verkennen, via het fietsnetwerk Vlaamse Ardennen of andere mooie routes. Wandel je liever, dan kan je hier ook je hart ophalen. Binnen een straal van 3 km, kom je 3 kastelen tegen (Leeuwergem,Grotenberge,Zottegem) Of wil je een uitvalsbasis om onze mooie Vlaamse steden te bezoeken zoals Oudenaarde, Gent. Informeer je steeds over de geldende coronamaatregelen!

Classy penthouse with terrace in the heart of Gent

A guesthouse in style for people with style. Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

MARTINE's PLACE cosy-quiet-comfortable

U zal logeren in een bungalow die in een rustige wijk gelegen is. Op 100 meter afstand vloeit de Schelde, waar u kan wandelen en fietsen (knooppunt 46). Wichelen ligt niet ver van de steden Brugge, Gent, Brussel en Antwerpen. Er zijn geen schoonmaakkosten, WiFi is gratis, er zijn koffiefaciliteiten. Een Belgisch bier wordt u gratis aangeboden. Honden zijn welkom! U kan worden onthaald in het Nederlands, Frans, Engels of Duits. Onlangs werden badjassen aangekocht waar u kan van genieten.

Volledig nieuw ingericht huis met een wijds zicht op de mooiste bocht van de Schelde in Puurs-Sint-Amands (Sint-Amands). De woning is gelegen op 50 meter van het grafmonument van de bekende dichter Emile Verhaeren. Dagelijks zorgen de getijden, de talloze vogelsoorten en de mooie natuur voor diverse taferelen. Het landschap verveelt nooit. Wandelingen, fietstochten langs de Schelde, gezellige terrasjes, lekkere restaurants en varen met de veerboot : all this is Sint-Amands.

Our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the station of Ghent. The historical Center can easily be reached on foot or by bus (10- minutes). The University Hospital (UZ) is within walking distance. The house is supplied with all conveniences. It's spacious (145 m2), with a very reliable, high-speed internet connection. This house offers you an ideal place to work, live and feel at home.
