Private Getaway at Four Waters

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at the point where four waters meet. Use the private beach for relaxation or use the private pier for fishing. The water is 5-6ft deep at the end of the pier and can be used for fishing or crabbing. There are 6 adult kayaks, 4 kids kayaks and one paddle board on site available for your use. The large back deck also features Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. We also have a propane 36" Blackstone grill with utensils on site.

Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

The Haven at King Copsico Comfortable, Clean, Cozy

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A comfortable, cozy and clean cottage with beautiful water views of the Potomac from the bedroom and front sliders. Everything you need is here. Just bring your toothbrush, clothes and groceries! You'll love your stay with water access just across the front yard. This home is located on one of the best rockfish locations on the Potomac called King Copsico. Fishing species including blue crabs, reddrum, flounder, bass, sea trout and many more.

Our 3 bed/2 full bath+loft house sits in the woods surrounding a beautiful freshwater lake in a neighborhood on the stunning Potomac River! Come enjoy the nearby attractions or simply do nothing at all! We have kayaks/boats for your use right off the private dock. The community has 3 beaches: a private sandy lake beach with a swimming dock, a river-front sandy beach with 15 million+ old shark teeth, and a fossil cliff beach. Fishing! Hot tub on the patio! Bald eagle sightings! Theater Room!
