Farmhouse on working farm - disconnect from it all

For a relaxing family getaway or to reconnect with friends, spend the night at the Farmhouse, located on a peaceful dead end road. Cell service is spotty inside the house, but Wifi is available throughout. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and the living room is wired for cable and has an assortment of VHS tapes, games, puzzles and a piano. Relax and unwind on our porches or picnic in the front yard. Our pavilion includes a firepit and marshmallow sticks. Farm fresh breakfast and ample parking.

A Red Brick House w/ Espresso

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in the hills just a few minutes from town, your stay is guaranteed to be quiet, comfortable, and central to beautiful neighborhood of Oakmont. Wake up early to see families of deer and fauna roam in our back yard in search of snacks and wild cherry buds that fall from the tree in our back yard. ** We also own a healthy meal prep business called Sustained Nutrition (find us on Google Search). Ask about stocking the fridge!!

Private quaint 2 room farm spring house

Rustic Spring House on sheep ranch. 68 acres to roam with stream, ponds, sheep, horses, donkeys, and chickens. Enjoy the life of a shepherd, within three mile of a quaint college town and home of Jimmy Stewart and 30 min. from Smicksburg, an Amish community. It's very reminiscent of a true Scottish BnB with North Country Cheviot Sheep. When available, breakfast is served in the main farm house. It’s either a seasonal farm to table meal or a continental breakfast with scones.

Serenity Cove - breakfast included

Country setting, just minutes away from town. 10 minutes from IUP. Serving fresh "good for you" breakfast. Hot tub and campfire available for use. My husband and I will be staying at the house and will be available for questions or can let guests enjoy their space. Feel free to create your own lunch or dinner in the kitchen. I have two other rooms available if needed for extra guests: Sunshine on my Shoulders (2 twin beds) and Safari Room (Queen size bed).

Cozy Suite with "True Bed and Breakfast Roots"

The Doll House is a beautiful Victorian treasure that has been completely redecorated and cared for during our 20+ years here. We have had guests tell us that it is charming, that it feels like an actual B&B, that every detail is perfect, and that it looks like a Pinterest house! Stay and enjoy the cozy, quiet of the wrap-around porch, or go on an adventure in the Diamond shopping area only eight minutes away.
