The 3 bed, 3.5 bath property is located at end of a cul-de-sac in the Royal Westmoreland gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is on a split-level basis with the Queen Bedroom just to the left of the main entrance. The Living Room, Kitchen and Terrace are just a few steps up on entry. The Master Bedroom and Twin Room are downstairs with entry to the private pool accessible from both rooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and include ample walk-in closet space, and air-conditioned.

A lovely villa with gorgeous views located in Forest Hills with communal pool access. The well laid out villa has two ensuite bedrooms which lead out to the back gardens and another ensuite bedroom across the front deck. The deck has a lovely plunge pool - perfect for a refreshing dip while sun bathing. The upper level has a spacious kitchen, living and dining area, all open plan. This leads out to the extended balcony with al fresco dining and seating areas to enjoy the views.
