Safe and quite family style home located in the quaint city of Arcata Ca. Approximately, 2 1/2 miles from the historic Arcata Plaza where you will find excellent local restaurants, a variety of grocery stores, movie theater, live entertainment and farmers market every Saturday morning. Arcata community forest and Cal Poly Humboldt is an easy five-minute drive. A short ten-minute drive west through the scenic pasture lands of the Arcata bottoms you will arrive at the Mad River beach.

Brand new studio cottage, quiet, sunny, private, surrounded by gardens and orchards. End of the road, walk out the door to nearby woods, hiking trails, ocean views.
