This private and spacious studio guest house is located next to our residence. Nestled on 5 acres of towering redwood trees and lush huckleberry bushes in the Westhaven neighborhood, it's perfect for the single traveler or couple (but please note it is not suitable for children or those traveling with pets). As a guest your will enjoy a quiet, cozy studio cottage situated on 2 landscaped acres surrounded by redwoods, a 10 minute drive to either Arcata or Eureka. There is much to discover and experience right on the property: a library, perfect for reflection and writing; fruit trees, roses and other flowers, vegetable garden, an artist gazebo/studio, our chickens and bees, and a bocce ball court.

The sanctuary is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and bathroom. We are located within a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 30 minutes away from Redwood State and National Parks. Popeye's Cottage in the Redwoods

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy cottage is nestled on four and a half acres of beautiful second growth redwoods just outside the town of Trinidad. It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.
