Our Riverfront Community is located in Cocoa Beach approx 3 mins walk to the beach! This unit is approximately 50 steps to the river. Come and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the Banana River from our large community dock. This 2 bed 1 bath is completely updated, coastal decor throughout makes this the perfect place to call home while you’re on vacation. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach. Restaurants Taco City, Squid Lips, Fat Snook located within mins by car. Perfect place to vacation!
