Waldheimat

Willkommen in der Waldheimat! Unser Haus liegt auf fast 1000 Meter Seehöhe am Waldrand im Luftkurort Semmering. Wir haben 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine große Küche auf insgesamt etwa 320m2. NEU: Gratis Shuttle während des gesamten Aufenthaltes für alle wichtigen Ziele in der Umgebung. Daher Anreise und Aufenthalt auch rein öffentlich möglich! Das nächste Ski-Gebiet (mit ausreichend Parkplatz) ist 5km entfernt. Für Kinder haben wir ein gut ausgestattetes Spielzimmer.

The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. A Káli medence szomszédságában, a Nivegy-völgyben, Szentjakabfán kínálunk kiadásra egy 2021-ben elkészült vendégházat. A Kemencés Ház a szentjakabfai Manduláskertben van, ahol további 2 vendégház fogad vendégeket. A házhoz saját kert, teraszok és egy grillezésre is alkalmas kemence van. A vendégházhoz fedett kocsibeálló is van. A Manduláskert vendégei számára rendelkezésre áll egy 15x4,5 méteres sós vízű medence is. A Manduláskertet azoknak ajánljuk, akik szeretik a csendet és a nyugalmat.

Bán house in Barabásszeg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.

Direkt vor dem auf mehr als 2000 m2 großen Grundstück finden Sie eine faszinierende Tierwelt, die Graurinder und Wasserbüffel weiden direkt vor dem Grundstück auf dem das Haus steht.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
