This stylish place to stay is perfect for group and family trips. The flat is brand new, set with a cozy and minimal decoration in wood and earth colors. Enjoy the sunrise from your living room and balcony and go for a swim in front of your door! The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen-sized bed, one of them with an ensuite bathroom, a 3 bedroom with a big single bed and a second complete bathroom. The open-plan living room and kitchen are spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Gaia apartment is located in Old Alykanas at Zakynthos island. Is right on the beach and offers a memorable stay in Zakynthos. Gaia is suitable for 4-5 persons, families or group of friends.
