All guests must be 21 or older! Beautifully appointed craftsmanship makes for a luxurious vibe in our houseboat named "RowShell". Clean and pristine, she's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and morning coffee from the deck. Spring-fed, super clean Big Fish Lake is excellent for swimming and fishing. Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

You can captain the boat along the river or we can take you out and anchor you for a day of enjoyment and move you to a new spot the following day, if you're just not sure about driving the big boat. A houseboat vacation on the Mississippi River can make your vacation an experience you will never forget.

Houseboat, river views, lots of outdoor decks

This Houseboat just got a brand new bathroom remodel, it has a double bed in the front, two twin beds in a cuddy area with only a 2 1/2 foot ceilings, the table and couch can also be beds. You cannot swim around the boats due to electrical hook up at the marina. There are extra showers in the shelter and rustic outdoor showers or guests. I rent kayaks and life jackets for $20 per. It’s a peaceful setting here and I rent houseboats, 2 campers, and a tiny house.

Little Miss Sunshine Houseboat

Little Miss Sunshine is one of our two houseboats, and let’s face it - she’s adorable! Why sleep on land in a room with an almost-view when you can cozy up in this buttery coloured boat and live in the view! Soak in the sun under blue skies on your upper deck, or cool off under your umbrella on the main deck! Enjoy your gentle sleeps on water and the deep-reads overlooking a quaint village in a working fishing harbour, with vistas in all directions.

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks House Boat

Houseboat on quiet and serene lake. No running water on boat but bathroom is close by. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside. Kayak, paddle boat and pirogue rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

This cabin has a custom kitchen, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful rooftop deck with a hot tub! It is located at Millennium Marina. With this cabin being on the water, you will often see wildlife!
