Cozy, Comfy and Quaint Blue Sailboat

Please read carefully. The boat is from 1984 Kiri model 29 boat is almost 40 years old and it is rustic inside meaning it is not perfect. Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out. The boat must remain docked.

Beautiful boat, Amazing location

One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Amazingly warm and cosy, with heating, Everything you need for a few days away, with a coffee machine, TV, fireplace, 2 x bathrooms,hot shower, 1 x double, 2 x single, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Free on site parking. A beautiful, fun lakeside resort in Northern Ontario featuring for you "An affordable and amazing yacht living experience" Just 4 hours north of metropolitan Toronto. A short drive and worth every second! Your Stay features: an in ground pool, cabins, lakeside cafe, boat rentals (pontoon and fishing boats). Walk to LCBO and Local bar. AirBnB Guests having visitors during there stay a $25/day/guest charge. This fee does not allow over night stays. There are no pets allowed on the yacht.

Unique Concrete House Boat!!! NO CLEANING FEES!!!

This ferrocement boat was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Every reservation comes with a sunset sail along with day sailing, snorkeling or fishing. Layout and be lazy on the spacious deck or whatever you would like to do! Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Its private and self contained. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking area.

Houseboat “Island Time”

This very spacious Catamaran Cruiser feels more like a cottage than a houseboat. It is well-appointed with everything you’ll need for a stress-free getaway. Within walking distance, you will find great restaurants, bars, a museum, an art gallery, book store, coffee shop, salons, bakery, and gyms. This location is perfect for day trips to the OBX Waterpark etc, which is only 35 minutes away by car. This stay is sure to be a check off your bucket list!
