Private studio surrounded by nature with its own entrance and screened in porch. The only thing that is shared is the driveway with Apt #1 and #2, perfect for those who want to travel with friends. ALL linens are laundered fresh for every guest, from the comforter to the mattress and pillow protectors. Barbecue and a firepit that you are welcome to use. You can arrive any time thats convenient to you after the 3pm check in time. That time is often earlier and I will be sure to let you know.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.

Take a short walk (less than half a mile) down the hill to downtown, and explore award-winning restaurants, as well as the adorable shops. Scenic views, a wonderful aquarium, and a walk through history at The Mystic Seaport make our town a very special place to visit. Enjoy walking distance to town, and enjoy your stay in our little cottage.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
