The guest apartment ( FULLY RENOVATED FINISHED BASEMENT) is an addition to our luxurious home. A 2 bedroom apartment with one king sized bed, Queen sized bed and a plush leather pull out sofa. Pool l table. Large in ground pool, 2 cabana beds, fire pit and dining table. Pool and gated backyard is exclusive to guests. We include netflix, hulu and hbo max. THE (HEATED) POOL IS OPENED IN MAY AND CLOSED LATE SEPTEMBER. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning. The pool is exclusive to guests.

Elegant spacious sun-drenched 2-bdrm penthouse in gracious 4-family Victorian on tree-lined street in the heart of downtown Northampton. Easy walk to Smith College campus. Secluded but not isolated Berkshire Retreat

1.5 bedroom 1.5 bath self contained apartment (apprx. 950 sq ft ) attached to the main house set on a secluded 5.5 acre lot 2.9 miles from downtown Great Barrington . There is a CB2 day bed in the living room that sleeps an additional 2 people comfortably. Extra charge of $25/night +tax if the extra bedroom is used in 2 person reservations. $20 extra cleaning fee for reservations of 4 or more. During heating season not suitable for children under 5 because of pellet stove. .

Awesome bright 2nd floor apartment, has everything you need for your stay. Full Kitchen, Laundry and is in an very convenient and safe area. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Easy access to highway. Garage may be available. Ask for details. Plenty of on-street parking. Quiet area, On cul-de-sac. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, Direct TV (Note: I do use the garage below the unit for a card game every 2 weeks from approximately 7 PM to 11:30 PM) Does not affect your stay.

Quiet bright & sunny 2 bedroom apartment w/ porch

Enjoy your stay at my family orientated quiet and clean 2nd floor unit in the beautiful highlands of Holyoke. Great neighborhood with big beautiful old homes full of charm. 3 minutes to interstate 91 and a grocery. Close to Six Flags and all the colleges, Northampton and Amherst. Private second floor porch and parking on the street directly in front of the home. The host lives in the home in another unit. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with many conveniences nearby.

Tree Top Suite, cozy downtown apartment

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

Feel at home in this newly updated one bedroom apartment right on the edge of the downtown district. This second floor apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with working fireplace, full sized dining table, work space with wifi, large bedroom with king bed and reading chair and on-site laundry/parking. A .6 Mile walk/drive to Smith College and a five minute walk to Main St. in Northampton make this location ideal. Easy to I-91, too!

Color, Convenience, Class, Colleges

The reviews say it all! We'll make you comfortable in our classy, colorful and convenient garden apartment on the Hadley/Amherst line. Close proximity to all schools in the Five College Consortium, we are surrounded by the fertile farmlands, beautiful mountains and happy valley....with a view of the UMass campus a mile away as the crow flys. Culture abounds! Due to families traveling from afar during graduation weekends, we require a 3 night minimum.

Down town Florence Temperance Hall

Large apartment with lots of light. It has a steam shower, modern tub and close to everything in Florence. The electric assisted bike depot will be a 5 min walk coming up in late April or early May! There are 2 Airbnb’s in the building so I ask everyone to be thoughtful of others. Also there are 2 small cats that share the same entrance. They are super sweet.they do NOT go in the apartment, they say hi by the front door
