The Cozy Library is a private, peaceful retreat for book lovers and slow evenings. This quiet ground-floor garden suite has its own private entrance (we live upstairs) and feels tucked away among trees, yet close to everything. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Private Studio Guesthouse

New guesthouse built in 2022 located in West Richland, WA near the Columbia River. Some of the best wineries in the country, lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. Located in a low traffic area with baseball field and a park within walking distance. 10 minutes from Highway 82. Studio guesthouse has a queen sized Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, dining table & TV. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, keurig and blender.

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is equipped with high speed WiFi, air condiitoning, and an in unit washer/dryer. Master has a king bed, guest room 1 has a bunk bed with a twin over full, guest room 2 has a full/queen, and the secluded family room has a full sized pull out sofa bed. There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.

The Desert Hideaway is a private, detached guesthouse tucked into a quiet neighborhood. You’re just five minutes from shopping in two directions and six minutes from the Columbia River at Howard Amon Park. The Tri-Cities are known for their excellent food trucks, and Richland’s scenic riverfront path is perfect for walking or biking. The backyard is shared with the hosts.
