Summer Home @ Copper Hollow

The Summer house is our second home to our Vacation Rentals and is named after our daughter. Our family of 4 loves this home. The inside of the home is cozy but spacious, but it's truly the outside that makes it such an exciting place. The creek is right beside you and the patio gives you an incredible view. You can see wildlife from morning till dusk; geese, ducks, and even bald eagles. Our kids' favorite things to do, are playing in the water during the day, and smores over the fire at night.

Michelle’s Cozy Cabin A/C &Heat &Walking trail

Cozy cabin nestled in the woods on my peaceful horse farm. It’s a 10x16 with 8x10 addition for toilet.Feed the horses from the fence-treats provided! Enjoy a ½-mile hiking trail around the pasture. No running water, but two 5-gallon jugs and wash basin are provided. Showers available at the main house. Water spigot behind log cabin. Incinerating toilet. Fast Wi-Fi, cell service, 32” TV w/Netflix, heat & A/C. Bringing a pet? Please add them when booking and help keep the cabin clean.

Cottage at Lake Tranquility

Located beside 3.5-acre lake (private) with deck overlooking a pasture and swans ... a peaceful getaway. Upstairs is a loft with twin beds and small office. Electric heating and A/C make it very cozy. A queen-sized bedroom on the first-floor, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and laundry room. The living area is directly above horse stalls in the basement. We have isolated that area from the living spaces, but if you are extremely sensitive to farm odors you might prefer to stay somewhere else.

Gwen's Cottage at Water's Edge

Gwen’s Cottage is located on the privately owned and operated estate, Water’s Edge, which was recently re-established in January 2022 by Western Pennsylvania native, Gwendolyn Reno. This cottage is a newly renovated, 490sqft, studio-style accommodation, perched along side the Slippery Rock Creek adjacent to McConnells Mill State Park. This charming cottage has a wrap around deck that quite literally over-looks the creek and faces the state park land located just across the water.

“The Thomas” House with Private Hot Tub

Cozy Cottage nestled on the Slippery Rock Creek

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Descend the 45 steps to the cottage and find “there’s no place like (a 2nd) home”. From the wraparound deck you may see geese, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beaver, great blue heron and ducks. You will find yourself just 15 minutes from Moraine and McConnells Mill State Parks. 15 minutes from Mines and Meadows, 10 minutes from Sunset Ranch.

The Cozy Studio

Cozy, private studio above our garage in Ellwood City's Ewing Park area. Studio is furnished with full size bed, pull out couch, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

Amish Paradise

Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉

The Great Escape

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!
