Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Welcome to our beautiful pool home! This property is fully furnished and centrally located just 10 minutes from the beaches. The airport is only 8 minutes away and downtown is just a quick 5-minute drive. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to cook up delicious meals, two work areas with fast wifi. Exercise equipment, as well as a washer and dryer. Outside, you'll find a beautiful pool where you can relax and soak up the Florida sun. It also has a BBQ grill and a patio dining area.

The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.

We thought we could spend more time here than we are which is bad for us, but great for you. Conveniently located just minutes from I95, a short 7.5 mile drive to Indiatlantic Beach, and less than 5 miles from the Indian River. Plenty of nearby shopping and fun restaurants.
