Great location close to everything, beautiful complex with the big pool and friendly staff. our host Sebastian was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommended

Our stay at Playa Bonita was incredible. The beach itself has everything you want, warm blue waters, calm and great for kids, with waves that don't knock you over but still allow you to surf. A cove steps away with an ocean pool. Close to many local restaurants, so we didn't have to drive to get meals. A 10 min drive into the main town to get groceries and visit many more restaurants. The place was as pictured and my family and I enjoyed the penthouse outdoor living area with kitchen. We shared meals there and played games after a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the space allowed us to have great gathering space but also allow you space from others when needed. Daniel and his staff were honest and very responsive. We didn't know the cleaners were coming mid stay and left all of our cash out in the open and it was untouched. This was an incredible stay, will definitely come back again.

This is our second time at Attik. We absolutely love the entire experience. You will never find a cleaner more well designed apartment in Bogota. The staff is incredibly friendly, always attentive and very helpful. Elsabeth is the best! The bathroom is stocked with Loto del Sur (check out their store in Andino Mall) to present a spa like experience. Cant say enough. We have 2 more future stays planned.

I visited Santiago with 3 others and this place was perfect! The apartment building is VERY safe with a gate, security guards, and safety locks on all doors. The staff who work there are sweet and so hospitable. Hilario is an awesome host and so responsive. 10/10!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Such a beautiful place. It’s hard to find and the road is a bit challenging - definitely need a 4x4, but our little Suzuki rental did fine. The home is amazing, the concierge service was really friendly and efficient, the jungle location was beautiful, and the pool and patio were just the icing on the cake. It felt like a private oasis in the jungle, but just up the road from Manuel Antonio town and not far from the beaches. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Great house. The property managers were amazing and so helpful. Loved the pool and the variety of wildlife right in the backyard. We were greeted by monkeys and iguanas. I wish it was a little more private from the driveway since there are other houses above this one and we didn’t realize that the yoga studio is not connected to the house but rather a community structure. Otherwise everything was fantastic and we’d definitely come again!

The beach apartment was clean, well equipped, and was in a great location relative to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, Maria was an excellent communicator and host. Would stay again!

We stayed three nights at the penthouse and absolutely loved it! I loved the decor and the place smelled great! Location was key! Close enough to all restaurants and far from the hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to come back!

El señor Giuseppe hizo algo muy bonito por mi papá y le estámos muy agradecidos 🙏 también el señor Nemar siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y el personal de la limpieza todos muy buenas personas y puedo decir que les doy un 100% de calificación. Fuimos muchas personas y puedo decir que la casa es muy grande y hermosa y está muy bien situada estamos a solamente unos pasos de la playa y las tiendas muy cercanas. My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

We are so glad we chose this place to stay in San Juan for our 5 night trip! We ended up extending our trip an extra night and On aul was very accommodating for that. In fact, he was gracious and accommodating from start to finish. We had everything we needed for our stay, plus little extras that make a big difference when you are traveling by plane. Shampoo, body wash, lotion..... very helpful for travelers. We enjoyed chatting with Paul here and there as we passed, and our highlight was being greeted by the little sweet dog and/or the cat when we got home 💙🐾 Each day we walked to the beach (a 20 min scenic, nice walk). One day we rode scooters to and from (Bird app), but we enjoyed walking mostly. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The last 2 days of the trip we rented a car from Charlie's nearby. That was easy. You won't be disappointed with this stay, it is very private and the bed is really comfortable. This trip was my 21 year old daughter and I.

we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico, the weather was perfect, the location great, and the apartment just like the pictures and description. Beachfront and beautiful!

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

GREAT location - direct access to private beach - we saw a turtle swimming our last day and spent 15 mins following it.. was so cool. Paynes beach is actually where the Catamarans stop to see the turtles and swim. Lots of really nice restaurants around too.
