Staying at Rachel's place was the exact getaway we needed. The space is far enough away from the bustling downtown that it is peaceful but close enough that we are able to get around safely. Navigating parking was a challenge but the resources that Rachel provided were more than enough information to keep us updated. She also sent the information well in advance so that we were able to prepare ourselves. The space was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We felt safe, comfortable and it further put us at ease while enjoying all that Fargo/Moorhead has to offer.

We loved staying here for the weekend! The place was spotless and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. It was beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed having a cozy living room, comfortable bedrooms and so much natural light. Would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. It starts with an easy and fast self check-in. Anthony is an excellent communicator who is helpful and very polite. The apartment is very spacious with good climate control: It maintains cool when it is hot and well heated when temperatures became much colder. It is a very quiet place and the beds are perfect for a good night’s rest. There is also plenty of closet space. There are many amenities such as a large screen television, consistent internet, a good kitchen with all you would need to cook, and an always accessible laundry area. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was great and as described. We enjoyed our stay there. The host was quick to respond and listened to our concerns would definitely want to be hosted again at this location.

Excellent communication and clear instructions, The apartment is spacious, much more than expected, with everything needed to enjoy our stay, a plus are the two parks: one covered and on the doorstep of the apartment. Adorable home! Very clean and perfect for a quick girls weekend trip! We enjoyed the cute patio and hot tub! Ramey was very helpful and checked in on us to make sure everything was good! We would definitely stay again!

Two of my company supervisors stayed here on business. Both loved this home. They complimented the home, how easy it was to get in, and all it had to offer. Chad is also an exceptional host! He is quick to respond, and help when needed!

Close to some beautiful walking trails on the Red River, 5 min drive to downtown Fargo restaurant district, close to a fantastic bread bakery and grocery store. Quiet tree lined street, beautiful home inside and out. Great back deck and yard, nicely appointed and recently renovated kitchen and bathroom We'll come back to Fargo just to stay at this property again!

This home was in a great location. Extremely clean and exactly what we expected. We felt right at home and the coffee bar was amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Fargo.

Mike was a friendly and welcoming host. Our family had plenty of room in this house, and there was lots for the kids to do. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with supplies. The neighborhood is safe, and it's easy to go for long walks and even walk to the park. There's also an indoor gym nearby. Hot tub for winter, pool for summer.

This property, in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space and we appreciated several nice touches, especially the comfortable beds, nice towels and the coffee. We look forward to staying at this property again. Thanks, Ty!

Britton was a great hostess. Very responsive with great recommendations for things to do. Her place is very nice. Spacious, neat, clean with no clutter. Very nice kitchen with new appliances. Beds were comfortable. The place had everything needed and was in a great location right by NDSU campus. Quiet neighborhood.

This is our third year staying at this house. We like the setup and sleeping arrangements and gathering spaces. We will be back!

Fantastic place for a great price! The condo is very spacious and impressively designed/decorated. Everything you need is provided and in a great location! My family was very impressed.

This location works out perfect for when special events come along and the whole family congregates in Dilworth, it gives us a chance to get a break from all the activity.

It was the perfect weekend getaway! We barely squeezed the F150 in the garage and didn’t need it the rest of the weekend. The condo was beautiful with everything someone could need. The location was perfect with great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The extra touches in the condo were greatly appreciated!

Noah was very friendly and responsive. The place was very clean and had everything you could need such as extra blankets, laundry detergent, and kitchen utensils. Having a washer/dryer was so nice. This is someone’s home that they list when they are away. The only things to note are that the floors are pretty creaky since this home is older which woke my baby a few times. It honestly isn’t an issue, but something to know if you’re a light sleeper or traveling with kids as it’s pretty loud. Almost all the lights are dimmable which was a very nice touch.
