The Byre - Large Double Room - Dumbain Farm

Accommodation is offered in the simple and stylish conversion of the farm outbuildings. Situated two minutes from Balloch in a quiet and peaceful location. The large double en-suite ground floor bedroom is located in The Byre. There is exclusive private access and lots of parking close to the room. Warm croissants, toast, homemade raspberry jam, fruit, tea/coffee are dropped off to the room in the morning for breakfast. Perfect room for a quick overnight stay on your way North.

Carolyn, Steve, Molly and Lewis welcome you to Altquhur Byre, our family home. Here you will find a warm welcome, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast to get you set up for a day walking the West Highland Way or exploring the local area. We have two guest rooms available in our barn conversion which was completed early 2019. Our rooms are light and airy and feature under floor heating and en-suite shower rooms with rain head showers. Breakfast options are detailed below.

Warm croissants, raspberry jam are dropped off in the morning for breakfast. Tea, coffee, porridge pots and biscuits are also provided in the room. Great room for quick overnight stay, or a few days exploring Loch Lomond.
