我們是咖啡館也是House 🏠地點：捷運市政府站200米 （高鐵轉乘捷運約20分鐘。在西屯區但不在逢甲。市政府捷運站「出口2號」正旁邊街道直走4-5分鐘，地圖上晴美、逢甲畫直線正中間） 🛏️設備：丹麥進口丹普床墊、冷暖空調、德國Hansgrohe衛浴、日本Toto免治馬桶、全棟過濾水、全棟軟水系統、Coway飲水機、設計師燈飾傢俱⋯⋯ 1F是咖啡館☕️，每週末對外營業。住客消費/買咖啡豆皆9折。 2F後段有一個小公共區域，有6人小餐桌、膠囊咖啡、微波爐、飲水機、冷藏小冰箱。（2F前段不開放，是外租 美髮沙龍店） ✅ 住宿房間位於3F-4F需小爬樓梯 🍴週六入住含早餐：專業咖啡+手做早餐，提供時間為9-11AM，可預約時間9:00/9:30/10:00。（平日住宿每週日至每週五，無製作早餐、單純住宿） 餐點、飲料皆現做，請準時到cafe’用餐唷！如超過時間30分鐘仍未出現，請恕無法提供囉。 ✅ 請恕酗酒嘔吐不接待 ✅ 為維護安靜及空間權利，不開放訪客，禁止舉辦活動 ⛔️ 如違反公約，或非法行為，現場有權利拒絕住宿，費用不退還 ✅ 歡迎長租，短期另洽
