Large Private Guesthouse in Burbank Magnolia Park

Gear up for the day with a morning beverage on the treehouse terrace, then relax in the soaking tub, or take a break under vaulted ceilings of the airy living room after a day of LA sightseeing. Contemporary artwork and a bold bedroom mural contrast with a sleek kitchen and crisp, white walls. This is a very special space; large, bright, modern and very private. A free-standing building nestled behind our Spanish revival home in a quiet Burbank neighborhood. Vaulted ceiling with skylight. Brand new bathroom with rain-shower and soaker tub. Large living room and kitchenette space and a huge bedroom with plenty of storage. There is dedicated wi-fi and a comfortable office area. The house is filled with artwork from LA artists, to bring a little of the LA streets to the comforts of Burbank. Guests will have access to dedicated Internet Wi-fi, Roku TV, Netfix, Amazon and HBO, outdoor dining area BBQ. A washer and dryer are available if needed. The guesthouse is a separate free-standing building located behind the main house with a private, keyless entrance. We live in the main house. We look forward to meeting you! We live in the main house only steps away and will be available if anything should arise. Experience the best of both worlds, with a quiet small town feel in the heart of a large metropolis. LA's vibrant attractions are nearby, but this quaint neighborhood is also home to charming shops and restaurants. - Bus stop less than one block away. - North Hollywood Metro station 3 miles away. - Universal Studios is 15 minutes from our house by car. - Plenty of FREE STREET PARKING. - Less than ten minutes from Burbank Airport. - Five minutes from Metrolink/Amtrack station. - Walking distance to downtown Burbank and Magnolia Park community. Our guesthouse is perfect for industry people needing to be close to the frenetic energy of Hollywood, but who still like the peace and quiet of a private retreat. For those looking to explore Los Angeles, we are close to the studios, shopping, Griffith Park, public transit and all major thoroughfares. There is one queen sized bed with a memory foam topper. An additional single bed can be added to the room if needed. The guesthouse has a separate kitchen area, however it is not a full kitchen. There is no stove or range. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. At this time we do not accept long term guests.

Unwind in this quaint, perfectly-located studio with fireplace located next to the beautiful blue paseo fountain and a 90-second walk to the main pool & gym. The hosts are hoteliers (including being GM of 5 luxury Starwood hotels), and have outfitted this villa like a LUXURY HOTEL including a Frette duvet & rainfall shower! Sip on a cup of Keurig coffee in the morning and stroll around the picturesque grounds at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains or take a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort next door for some great dining options. TV is equipped with Roku/Netflix/Hulu/Prime. Our villa location can't be beat! It is next to the long blue Paseo fountain - the most beautiful of all fountains within Legacy Villas. Our attention to detail and high standards as hoteliers are evident in the villa's cleanliness and maintenance. Studio can also be rented to our connecting 2-bedroom villa with kitchen (see listing on our profile) to make it a 3-bedroom villa. We have invested in high-end home automation to make your stay more convenient & comfortable - including an Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled music & more. There is cable TV and a google Chromecast device so you can stream shows from your laptop, tablet, or phone. The VERY small kitchenette is essentially an enhanced wet bar. Although it has the basics, it shouldn't be relied upon for regular cooking. Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center. We're available via phone or text at any time but won't be around during your stay. Nestled into a cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the apartment is set in La Quinta within a resort-style neighborhood offering access to shared pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Dining, shopping, and golfing are a short drive away. There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from our villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

Welcome to the Roadrunner House, part of Roadrunner Ranch. Ideally located on a private lot 5 minutes from the main (west) entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and the town of Joshua Tree. This is the most desired area in JT. Our property is set in a beautiful desert landscape dotted with cholla cacti and Joshua trees.
