such a cute little spot RIGHT next to beach access! easy to find and exactly as it looked in the photos. the huge TV in the bedroom was awesome for some Mario Kart races :)

We loved the Sea Escape! It was much more than we imagined, and loved the big grassy area for our dogs to run and play and the beautiful overlook and steps down to the gorgeous, semi private beach! We will definitely recommend to others and come back on our next trip to the nor Cal beaches!

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

We enjoy staying here. The view is beautiful, the place is comfortable, and the hosts are friendly and communicative. This is our favorite place to stay, when we can.

My wife and I came down from Washington to relax. Been really busy at work so we were looking forward to getting away. What a fantastic place. We have a mini Australian Shepherd. Totally enjoyed ourselves. I was relaxing upstairs looking out the window at the ocean, about 2 hours later I woke up. It was truly incredible to be that relaxed. Nobody was on the beach so I was able to let my dog run for a bit. Great places to grab some food close by. They had an excellent smoke house right down the street with great stuff if you like smoked meats and fish. A bakery that made me gain 5 lbs too. We will be back. Thank you.

Carol was an amazing host, very responsive and offered early check-in! The home was super comfy and housed our 8 woman book club well. Really loved the quiet, the hot tub, and the short walk onto the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

A nice little get away as a family to enjoy the things we love - beach, water, and nature! Kirsten’s place offered all three and more! Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Enjoy every minute we were there!

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The place was exactly as advertised. The resort is very secure with friendly staff. It had everything… pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, laundry, games, and golf. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The place was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

You will not regret it., Also check this place for Tacos yaki downtown Rosarito. Amazing tacos was the best tacos in town hands-down fresh tortillas. Great Carne Asada guys unbelievable prices as well.🤠

My husband, daughter and I, stayed at Susie’s place Jan 1st - 3rd. (I love that it was decorated for Christmas :). It was very clean, spacious and the view was amazing. It was equipped with everything you need. We cooked some of our meals and it was very convenient having everything we needed. Also, we usually travel with games/gameboards and forgot to bring them but her place had a variety of games including cornhole. Theres no need to take extra blankets or towels because the place is fully stocked. It’s also a short walk to downtown. My only regret is not booking an extra night. I look forward to coming back again!

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Marisa's place. The deck was beautiful and we had direct beach access. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. The area is very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for the view alone. Marisa was also extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next trip!

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Another incredible stay! You can't beat the location, with near instantaneous access to the beach. The house is cozy and comforting, providing all of the amenities from morning coffee before a beautiful beach walk to family dinner with the sunset over the ocean as the backdrop. This year we were fortunate to be able to vacation with our adult child and their partner and the guest house made for an excellent experience. While the main house had plenty of space for everyone to relax and socialize, it was nice to have separate spaces to wind down in. We definitely enjoyed this second stay as much as, if not more than, our first stay. We hope to be able to enjoy the Loft of Riley again in the future.

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Still my favorite getaway. So close and easy to get to, while feeling completely separate from all the hubbub. Quiet and gorgeous and relaxing. So clean and well appointed that the only thing I ever need to bring is food. Highly recommend.

Wow what a nice property! If I owned this home, I wouldn't let strangers stay in it. What we loved: beach view and easy access to the beach, everything in the house is super organized and labeled, comfortable beds but the view out the big glass windows was WOW! Great communication by the host! So worth the money !
