Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Clean, bright and centrally located guest suite, only a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston! The suite is completely private from the main house and has a separate entrance. Easy self check-in using a keypad lock, plus spacious parking! Located in the Avondale neighborhood of West Ashley- there’s plenty of great restaurants, bars and shopping just around the corner. We don’t have a washer-dryer in unit but there is a laundromat less than one mile away.
