The house is a 1/4 mile from the West Ashley Greenway. An old railroad path converted to an 8.5 mile hiking/bike path. Quiet neighborhood setting with ample privacy

Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

Beautiful recently updated modern home in beautiful Charleston, SC! Centrally located with only a 12 minute drive to downtown Charleston, 20 minutes to Folly Beach, and 30 minutes to Isle of Palms. Perfectly situated between Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston our newly renovated home is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. The home is part of a duplex located in the center of James Island. There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.
