Welkom in ons groot, gezellig en lichtrijk appartement op 300m van het station van Leuven! We verwelkomen je persoonlijk bij aankomst, daarna staat de ruimte exclusief ter jullie beschikking! Het appartement is zeer vlot bereikbaar met de trein en auto. Binnen is het aangenaam en stil, terwijl je geniet van het leuke uitzicht op Hal 5, het hippe centrum van Kessel-Lo. Op 5 min wandelen sta je in de Bondgenotenlaan, de hoofdstraat van Leuven. Ideaal voor een WE weg of voor een langer verblijf!

"Into the woods": klein gezellig huisje

"Het kleine huisje" ligt in een prachtig bosrijk natuurgebiedje en ligt naast onze privé woonst. Het accent van de woning ligt niet op overdreven luxe maar wel op gezelligheid "into the woods". De houtkachel zorgt in de winter voor een extra gezellige touch. De eiken wanden in de living geven een gezellige gloed en de grote ramen brengen voldoende licht met zicht op de bomen. Er is een privé terras aan "het kleine huis" en er ligt een parkje rondom waar je naar hartenlust kan wandelen.

Wij bieden u een appartement aan op grondgebied van Heverlee. Kijk je door de grote ramen heb je uitzicht op Kessel-lo en park Belle-Vue, naar links wandel je vrolijk Leuven binnen. Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Unieke chalet midden in de bossen, vlakbij talrijke wandel-en fietspaden. Deze chalet is een pareltje voor wie van rust houdt. Het domein is volledig omheind. Je kan de auto binnen de omheining parkeren. De chalet beschikt over nutsvoorzieningen water, elektriciteit en centrale verwarming en heeft een uniek uitzicht op de vijver. U kan er zeldzame vogels spotten zoals de ijsvogel. Er is wifi en een smart TV. Koffiezetapparaat is Senseo. In de buurt zijn eetgelegenheden en supermarkten.

In deze gezellige tuinstudio voel je je onmiddellijk thuis, zowel voor weekendje weg als business trip. Je bent volledige onafhankelijk en hebt een eigen badkamer, keuken en zitruimte. Door de twee schuiframen is er veel natuurlijk licht wat een ruimtelijk gevoel geeft. Je hebt zicht op groen en kan mee genieten van de gedeelde tuin. Tip, bij zonsopgang achteraan de tuin een lekker koffie drinken :) . Je parkeert gratis op de privé oprit of in de straat waar er altijd plaats is.

There is a spacious bedroom with King size bed . The flat has all you need for an enjoyable stay (wifi, smart Tv with chromecast,...)

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.

This design studio is situated in the heart of Leuven at the Vaartkom Marina. The studio is within meters of cafes, bars & restos and within 1km to the train station, and all of the must-sees of Leuven (historic town hall, St. Peter's Cathedral, the Oude and Grote Markts...) E-scooter or Brompton foldable bike available upon request.
