Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

The Cottage is a tranquil retreat, just a few minutes drive away from Cranes Beach, Ipswich, Cape Ann and many beaches and walking trails. Both Gordon College and Gordon Conwell are under 10 minutes drive away. Popular Salem is just 20 minutes drive away. Off street parking for 1 car. No children <15 due to safety

It’s better to wake at the Lake 2BR guest suite

Overlooking Chebacco Lake, your rooms are downstairs in a private level. There are 2 bedroom available for use downstairs along with a big living area a coffee/tea bar and a bathroom with shower on this level. You can access to the lake for swim, kayak, canoe or if you come in the winter you can icefish, ice skate, cross country ski or snowshoe too.

We are at the end of a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood. A five minute walk to downtown and ten restaurants with diverse menus and varied prices. We are four miles to historic Salem. Fourteen miles to Logan airport and downtown Boston. Twenty five miles to the New Hampshire border and thirty eight miles to the Maine border.
