If the weather disagrees, enjoy your coffee in front of the cozy fireplace in your charming bungalow, complete with cathedral ceilings and sliding glass doors. Close to hiking & biking trails, and many outdoor activities. 10 minutes to nearby Granville, NY or Poultney, VT. While not technically a 'tiny' house, it is a cozy cabin of 550sqft.

Base rate includes six guests. We welcome events reunions, weddings. Scenic view, nearby lake, golf, hiking! Your private Authentic Chalet is 3600 sq ft on 18 acres. Sleeps 13 (3 bedrooms and full bathrooms, 1 King, 2 Queen, 3 Twin, 2 Queen sleeper-sofas). Summer HVAC, Artisan fireplace, oven, Induction cooktop, air fryer stocked kitchen, ROKU HDTV, fast Wi-Fi, FirePit Patio. Linens/bath towels, soaps-supplied. Secluded tiny house resort - DOG FRIENDLY

New tiny house, never lived in, but made to be comfortable. All amenities included: Air-condition, heat, WiFi, TV with cable, shower, tub, dry toilet, small full loft bed and full size couch futon, fire pit, river for swimming or fishing right out the door, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster.ear three ski resorts (Killington, Okemo, Pico), Appalachian Long Trail two miles away, swinging bridge on trail beginning, White Rock hiking, lakes near for paddle boarding. Hot tub shared.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

We invite you to come stay and experience all of the beauty that Vermont has to offer at Lake St. Catherine. Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either our private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests. A beautiful chalet situated between mountains and Lake St Catherine. Whether on the deck or inside the house, you can enjoy the tranquil and serene view of the mountains and the lakes. At over 3000 sq ft, the house offers multiple gathering areas, including separate living room(s), a sociable kitchen, a pool table, and a bar. A perfect home for a retreat. Located less than 10 mins from Lake St Catherine Park and country club and many hiking and mt-biking options for the active guests.

Oma's Cabin - A Quiet, Off-Grid Forest Retreat

This tiny cabin is nestled in the woods, far from the noise of modern life. Originally built by my mom, “Oma,” to use as a retreat while visiting her grandkids, it's a green paradise in the summer and, with its cute woodstove, a warm and cozy retreat in the winter. 'Oma's Cabin' is located up Tunket Road in the Mettowee Valley of Pawlet, VT - our driveway is also the trailhead for Haystack Mt., so you have a spectacular hike out your front door. Cabin is HIKE-IN ONLY during the winter.

Inviting studio apartment above barn in Vermont

This custom build apartment is located just 10 minutes from I91. In the winter you are 30 minutes away from some of the best skiing around. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer you can relax by the firepit, hike in the woods, work in the gardens (just kidding), collect breakfast from the chickens or visit some of the local breweries. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.

If you are looking for a cozy spot to relax in a small town, with fast internet and easy access to lots of fun activities, this house is it! On the main floor of the house, there is an open layout that includes a library, a small bar, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a finished basement that includes a large family area with a huge couch (perfect for movies), a workspace, and a laundry space. Private parking and lots of outdoor space.
