The Lakes B&B is a quiet, dog friendly getaway at Waikawa Beach, a hidden gem near Otaki. Enjoy views over the coastline, with stunning sunrises and sunsets and plenty of bird life. The beach is just a short walk away and is great for swimming in the summer and long walks all year round. We welcome couples, solo travellers, families, and well behaved pets. Home away from home Khandallah

Welcome to my home! Drive/park to front door, no steps.. safe free off-street parking. Breakfast provided. You have top level of my house to yourself; sometimes you may see me arrive through my garage door. Bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 10-15 mins drive to Ferries, Sky Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 small cars. NO TV upstairs.

Tui Studio

A large fully self contained studio in the heart of Seatoun. Minutes from Wellington Airport. Quiet, cosy accomodation with all amenities. Great sea views from the balcony. Small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, laundry facilities with its own private deck looking out to sea. Tea/coffee provided. Sky TV. Netflix. On street parking only but nice wide street. Easy flat access. Pets welcome but please check in with us first to make sure the place is suitable. A small Pet Fee is charged.

Welcoming guesthouse in Sunny Ōtaki with Queen bed

In Sunny Ōtaki township, my wharepuni (guest house) is a classic country villa with a queen bedroom with a bathroom next door. Mobility shower and toilet nearby. Children and dogs welcome. Continental or cooked breakfast and full access to kitchen. Close to cafes, annual Arts Trail, Māoriland film and Kite festivals, historic churches, Te Wānaga ō Raukawa and Ngā Purapura, museum, golf, horse riding, hiking, heated indoor pool, beach, views of Kāpiti Island, outlets, fashion stores.

Located Semi rural with farm views just 10km from Pukaha, the Mt Bruce bird sanctuary and easy walking distance to a friendly local tavern. 'La Glorieta'-Double Bed, breakfast & Harbour view

Kick back in our lovely home overlooking the city. Enjoy the lounge and the balcony with views over the harbour, and city, or relax out back on the deck. You can use the wifi to work from home or take a short stroll to Khandallah Station and take the 15 minute train ride into the CBD to enjoy the shopping and the sights. On a sunny day you will often see sailing boats racing in the harbour and at night the lights of the city shine across the harbour.

One main bathroom and one en-suite . Use of own lounge and shared kitchen. Includes continental breakfast supplies. it’s important to read directions in Nikau Valley as google maps continues to send guests down the wrong St ( not Mahaki Rd-)

Sunny Double/Twin Room at Ronans Rest

Better than 'just a room' - this is a dedicated guest room in my home. You have your own room, with own TV - SKY/cable, Netflix & Amazon capable and unlimited Wifi access. Off street parking is usually available. The rate is per person. The room has a double & single bed so can sleep couple or friends. (It really is too small for 3 people & luggage.)
