The 360 degrees deck and movable furniture gives you options to enjoy, whatever the season. Open the curtains & doors to let the river breeze flow thru as you watch the river flow past. Close the curtains to retreat into your own little piece of seclusion.

The Floathouse - Floating tiny home on the Murray

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

River Life - Holiday Home with Secluded Riverbank

Guests have their own private riverbank with large undercover entertaining area equipped with everything required to enjoy a long day on the river. Guests enjoy the provided Kayaks or bring their own boat to moor at River Life's jetty. Various levels from the house to the river has child-safe gates including the large entertaining deck and spacious lawn area. The main house features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with five bedrooms, three with queen size beds, and two bunk rooms.

Situated near the marina, this Off Grid accommodation is a hidden gem in a secluded location. One of the first houses on the street and occupying over 2000sqm, the "Shack" is a recently constructed dwelling. Although the interior of the property offers comfort, it is important to note that the surrounding landscape has yet to be developed.

A cosy, curated cottage with a rustic vibe, Ode to the Orchard is surrounded by the Adelaide Hills’ finest wineries and sits high on 16 acres. It is one of the original stone homes of the area and enjoys stunning 360 degree views of picturesque Lenswood. There is no better place to relax: soak in the gorgeous claw-foot bath looking out to the stars, enjoy that glass of local red by the fire, or try out our apple crumble recipe in the vintage wood-fired Aga.

Cook's House @ Tailem Bend

Looking for a place to stay on the Murray River with access to the river and your own jetty to pull your boat up to? Then this is the place that you are looking for! The house has 4 bedrooms all with queen beds and 56 inch TV's with access to Netflix, central heating and cooling. There are 2 bathrooms and a living area with lounge, dining and kitchen as well as an outdoor area with gas BBQ.

Olley's Place

Located on the waterfront in the Wellington Marina, Olley’s Place is a perfect location to relax, unwind and most importantly, have fun. Built in 2022, this fully furnished 4 bedroom home has everything you could need and is located less than 10 minutes from the Bend Motorsport Park.
