Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

Hidden gem - best of two worlds.

An historic cottage in a sheltered dell in the country near Makara Beach, fully restored Te whare iti is 10-15 minutes walk from the rugged Makara coast and roughly 35 minutes from the Wellington CBD. The preserved exterior enfolds very clean, warm and comfortable modern amenities. Importantly- you must provide your own transport as there is no public transport to Makara from Karori the nearest suburb, some 9.5 kms away. Makara is true NZ countryside with a windy, narrow road to match!.

Above the Botanic Gardens, our quiet and spacious, character-filled apartment is just a 5 minute drive (25 minute walk for the fit) down to the CBD. The regular bus service is close and street parking is plentiful and free. Our street has spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts. Located in the historic Hannah’s Factory Apartments, this spacious 2 level, 2 bedroom apartment has a great art collection, designer furniture, ridiculously comfortable beds, quality linen, and boutique New Zealand fragrances and toiletries. This is a great place to be if you want to be in the very heart of the coolest laneway in the coolest city in New Zealand. If you want to experience this awesome little city at its best- then we honestly recommend our apartment to you.
