Come stay in our Villa in Petone. She's an old beauty with quirk and an eclectic vibe. If you’re looking for a perfect new home without bumps and bruises this old villa might not be your style Shes perfect for families and/or a few couples looking for a getaway in a fabulous and VERY central Petone location. Just one block away from many eating places and shopping on Jackson St, a 10 min walk to the train, 10 minute walk to the beach makes this place the perfect place if you're after options!

Looking for a comfortable, genuinely welcoming, & stress-free place to stay? 0ur home is the perfect fit. Your private room is thoughtfully set up with a warm, cozy bed, fresh linens, ample hanging storage, & fast Wi-Fi. The house is character villa nestled in Wadestown. It’s single level, parking onsite, comfortable home situated in a quiet, leafy part of the suburb—meaning you will wake up to the beautiful sounds of local Tui. also added nespresso machine and tea/coffee basic toast & spreads.

Close to Cuba St & CBD, museums, cinemas, theatres. Cozy double bedroom on middle floor. Seperate dwelling entrance down a short, steep set of steps. Kitchen is limited; convection element, pots, plates, cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave and mini oven, toaster.. Bathroom is shared with co-host James (an artist onsite weekdays) and flatmate Robert. My dog may say hello. Your dog is welcome but please discuss this when booking. Vaccine/booster required. Ask about off-street car-parking.

We'd love to welcome you to our recently renovated home, in a suburb surrounded by native bush and frequently visited by an array of native birds. This lovely older home is only 12 - 15mins drive to Wellington CBD, and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Pop down to the local coffee shop, spend time exploring native bush-walks and mountain bike tracks, unwind in our outdoor bath or just spend time in the house and garden enjoying our lovely semi private outlook. A perfect getaway!

Step back in time in Scorching Bay’s original homestead, built in the late 1800s. Once home to Captain Frederick Silver and later the seaside studio of cartoonist Burton Silver, creator of Bogor. Rented by Sir Peter Jackson during The Lord of the Rings to house cast and crew, the villa features generous living spaces and a commercial-grade artisanal kitchen, custom-fitted by the LOTR props master. 10 minutes to the airport. 20 minutes to the city.

Bus stop, dairy, takeaways all within 1 mins walking dismance. Free park in frount of yard. or 24 hours free parking on street. check in time is after 5pm and check out time is before 10 am, but if you want come early or stay longer,let me know.

Located between the beach and Jackson Street this beautifully renovated cottage offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy sitting under the covered deck while you BBQ, or in the sun on the patio. If you prefer to cook inside, a fully equipped kitchen is provided There is a self contained studio off the rear of the driveway. The studio has no access the cottage or its private deck and garden.
