We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Studio in delightful garden setting. Enjoy the tuis in the tree outside the studio window. Sleeps two (one double bed). Breakfast (items provided so you can make yourself a continental breakfast). Deck with stunning Evans Bay backdrop. 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes walk to two beaches, 25 minutes walk around iconic Oriental Bay to the city or 5 minutes on the No 14 bus. 25 minutes walk up Mount Victoria for 360 degree views of Wellington. Guest Suite in Brooklyn

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

Tui House

A perfect spot to stay for bush-walkers and mountain bikers or for sport or music fans in Wellington for a game or a concert. You’ll see tui and kereru and hear ruru at night. Otari Wilton Bush is over the road, Zealandia 2km away, and it’s a 10-min drive to Makara Peak. You've got a dedicated off road car park and you're 30 metres from a bus that runs at least every 30 minutes every day. You can cook, do laundry, and iron if you want to.
