Great place for visiting family and friends enjoying a concert at the fairgrounds or a football game or event at the stadium. Walking distance to the fairgrounds, 10 minutes from the stadium and 15 minutes from downtown and Kissing Bridge ski resort. note we do require a two night minimum on Buffalo Bills games and stadium events. thanks

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.
