A Unique Urban Camping Experience

Welcome to your spacious lower level suite! Enjoy the full kitchen, lots of natural light, and quiet setting. Come and experience the fun, unique town of Ault! You will be close to Fort Collins and Greeley (about a 20 minute drive) but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space is currently minimally decorated but is fresh and clean. Great for urban camping! If you have any special requests, we are happy to accommodate as best as we can. Let us know ahead of time!

New basement suite of 480 sft just for you. A cozy home away from home. Easy check-in through shared garage door and private entrance into basement. It features a master bedroom with queen bed, private bath, extra room with 2 twin bunk beds and office desk. Living room has a sofa sleeper & bar kitchenette. We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable.

Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
