The perfect Colorado getaway! This home has a very cozy and cheerful feel when you enter through the private back gate. Slowly remodeling and improving the space! Parking onsite that fits 3 cars comfortably. The backyard is great for bbqing, dining outside, or hanging by the fire under the twinkle lights. Close to Windsor Lake Trail for a sunset walk! Trail access is just down the ally, a very short distance away! This cute bungalow home is close to everything but you still feel tucked away.

Come and enjoy this new 4 bedroom non smoking home. This home has a large chef's kitchen with counter seating. You can enjoy conversation with family and friends while you cook, with the connecting family room. This home features a king size bed in the primary bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and another bedroom with two twin size beds. Each bed has memory foam mattress for extra comfort. The home also features a pull out couch, fusbol table and an outdoor firepit.
