Bohemian Carriage House at Little Luck Farmette

The historic 1920s carriage house at Little Luck Farmette is the perfect place to call home while visiting the Colorado front range. Take in the vast, open space views as you sip your morning coffee or relax in the cozy living room after a fun filled day exploring the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Two full bedrooms give you plenty of space to stretch out, while the fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal. The outdoor patio provides a serene spot to sit back and relax while you enjoy Colorado's wonderful weather. The carriage house has been recently renovated with modern features but holds character that can only be developed over time. Large windows throughout the space let in bright, natural light and allow you to take in the views from all directions. Guests are allowed to access the second floor of the carriage house as well as the sun-soaked patio outside the front door. All other areas of the property are off-limits. We are happy to share our little slice of heaven with others! The carriage house is detached from the main house, but not by much, so guests will see us around the property. We are happy to answer questions about the area and assist with your stay! An hour from Rocky Mountain National Park, this secluded spot offers quiet evenings, mountain views, and scenic walking trails. ‘Old Town’ Erie's quaint main street is 2 miles down the road with a handful of great local restaurants and breweries. We provide ample parking if you arrive in your car, but if you do not want to rent a car, Uber and Lyft will be able to get you anywhere you want to go! Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for children and/or infants.

Luxurious Lower Level: Amenities & Mountain Views

Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

The Country Cube

Are you tired of the hustle and bustle of city life and need a breath of fresh air? Our Country Cube offers a quiet space to kick back by the fire, relax in the hammock, or play some cornhole while you watch the sunset. The tiny house is located on our 10-acre property surrounded by native grasses which is home to plenty of wildlife. Enjoy easy living inside with card games or Netflix. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.

Ground level walk out basement fully isolated from the main living space including its own private entrance, heating and air conditioning, full kitchen, living area and bonus reading area. 1200 sqft 2 bedroom for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 kiddos. Minutes from town, attractions and events, but enjoy a country feel. Mountain views with a panoramic stunning sunrise/sunset experience.

Home close to town with Hottub and pets allowed

Great place with lots of room for fun! Located 20 miles from Jackson Lake State Park.Very family friendly, with a very private hot tub area, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a 65" TV, and a TV in each bedroom. Very comfortable beds and bedding. You can enjoy the swing, tree house, or fire pit with wood supplied in the front yard. Home is located on private property next to the host's private residence. There are 2 entrances, one in the front and a more private rear entrance.

This gorgeous "Glamping" teepee is located on a working Colorado Horse Ranch. The 20 ft Teepee is pitched next to a live creek that flows trough the picturesque property and sits on a elevated wood deck. The interior is beautifully furnished with a queen sized bed, fire pit, coffee maker, small gas grill and electric lanterns for light.
