Please Read Everything Before Booking. Built in 1880 this house sits in a light Industrial neighborhood next to the railroad tracks, on a dirt lot and converted into a Tri-plex. This Basement apartment is oddly serene, especially while on the hammock out back, this property is Rough and Unpretentious. The ceilings are as low as 6’3”. Large, quiet. Close to all medical facilities.

Newer apt. about 4 years old. Large bedroom with king bed. Second room with full size bed. Includes all bedding. Air-conditioned. Extra fans and heaters for weather control. Nice and quiet. There is a front porch with chairs for you to enjoy fresh air. There is a walking trail across the street. that runs along the poudre river. The subdivision is only about 6 years old. Newer community. Nice and quiet. Apt. about 4 years old/ Easy access to the highway.

Enjoy your home away from home in this lower level apartment with 2 bedrooms, family room, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Located just a couple blocks from Starbucks and directly across from Epple Park disc golf course, 10 minutes from Downtown Greeley and UNC, close to shopping, restaurants and HWY access. The family room has recline sofas, sofa bed and computer desk. 1 hour to Denver and Denver international airport. 30 mins to Fort Collins. 15 mins to Greeley and UNC. Just over 1 hour to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 mins to Wyoming
