Our stay was great. The house is extremely nice and well equipped with plenty to do. The area is great, also. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do in the surrounding area.

Nice, clean, home that was very convenient to what I was doing, fishing. Kitchen had all the items I needed to cook. Beds comfortable. Very nice screened porch

Well, where do we begin! The home is beautiful, Amy and Ron have not forgotten one thing when it comes to anticipating what guests may need! Amy was quick to respond to us! The home has all the amenities you would ever want in a vacation. We grew up a few miles from Acworth and would love to live in this home, it brings back many fond memories of our childhoods in this community!! This was a great place to stay while we were visiting Bouckaert Farm. It was a short drive to the venue and was peaceful and quiet. We also caught a lot of fish on the pond behind the house. We would definitely stay again if we come back for another horse show.

The house is exactly as pictured. They have plenty of towels for outdoor use and inside. The super host had all of the extras such as dinnerware, coffee maker, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans measuring cups, paper plates, aluminium foil, and goodies in the refrigerator. There are extra bedding materials and blankets upstairs and downstairs. I washed clothes and they also had laundry detergent. This super host thought of what a girl needs. One thing to note is reception. I lost reception the closer I drove into the neighborhood. I had to drive back towards the entrance to screenshot the instructions to enter the home. I have verizon and was unable to make calls until I was logged into their network. After that I was all good for the weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. There is a local ran gas station right before the entrance and it closes at 7pm if you need anything quick. The publix is a little further. This place is an awesome getaway and everything pictured.

This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out was her kindness and integrity—despite the race being in town and other listings hiking their prices, Sandra kept her rate fair and affordable. That kind of generosity doesn’t go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated it. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Sandra!

This lake house was such a great find. It’s absolutely beautiful and so so very peaceful. My family and I will for certain be back here. The host was always friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are excellent and so so kind. The neighborhood here is very peaceful. Thank y’all for sharing your home with us. Lord willing we will be back early fall.

The location on the lake was great and we appreciate being able to use the boat lift. This place was perfect for our stay.

I CANNOT say enough great things about this rental and host! They have gone above and beyond with extra touches. The place is pristine! We have our 4 adult children with us and had the best weekend. Hiking, kayaking, wineries, night time fires and games! It was just what we needed to rest and recharge! We are already organizing when we can book another weekend! Don’t hesitate to book this!

This property is beautiful and had so many extras. Yall thought of everything and it made our stay extra special. We enjoyed hosting our family here for Thanksgiving. The home was perfect for our yearly spring fishing trip having a boat launch in the back yard and dock. We come to Logan Martin every year in April and have stayed with several other host but this place "location wise" was probably the best. Was hoping to be able to use the dock slips but they had boats in them. Also the thermostat kept changing to 80 degrees. We would leave for a couple hours fishing and come back and inside the home was hot. Other than that everything was great. Would stay again.

Words cannot fully capture the warm feeling I experienced when I opened the door to Miss Roxanne's home and life. Roxanne is an artist whose art adorns the walls, creating a fabulous atmosphere. The house is well-furnished, with comfortable beds and lovely bed linens. The kitchen is well-stocked, making cooking and enjoying family meals easy. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with the lake steps away. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting Miss Roxanne and Mr.Tom, who lives next door. They are so kind and have great stories about the history of the area and their homes. The pictures do not do the home justice; it's much nicer!

I highly recommend Phillips home without hesitation!! The property was just as described, beautiful, very spacious, and clean. The lake and its view was an Awesome amenity that my family and I truly enjoyed!! Phillip was very accommodating and responsive to our needs when contacted and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the home. This is a great spot for families! Our kiddos swam and fished and had a great time in the river. Everything was clean and the location is great. We will definitely be back.

Debra was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure we felt right at home. The view is absolutely amazing, lots of deer and such and an astonishing view. Extremely grateful for being able to stay here and absolutely will book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

This place is a total gem. First, it's very private and quiet but just a few miles from many restaurants and stores. The view is beautiful, especially in the mornings and the screened porch + deck were a perfectly cozy spot for coffee. Which brings me to my next point - this has to be the BEST STOCKED Air BnB I have ever stayed in. Coffee filters, coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, along with a fully stocked kitchen were a great surprise after a long day of driving. Lastly, I will say it's super functional and more spacious than I expected! While it's an older home, it's clearly well loved and cared for, and the holiday decorations were such a thoughtful touch. Arlene was more than helpful with the prearrival instructions & we have definitely marked this as a favorite next time we visit family in the area!
