This 2 bedroom cozy cottage is nestled on an almost 1.5 acres piece of property on a serene spring fed lake. The cottage is a laid back coastal feel with all of the amenities of home.Tucked away in between the hustle and bustle of Tampa without ever knowing it. Easy access to the Veteran's Expressway that will take you to anywhere from Clearwater and our pristine beaches to Downtown St. Pete. I275 will take you to Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. I-4 will take you to Orlando.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so . No where to tie off yet .

Cooper Cottage is for cyclists, boaters, beach goers or those who just want to relax! The Cottage is the front half of a duplex in downtown Tarpon with all the amenities including bikes and beach gear! Walk/bike to Restaurants, Churches, Museums and Parks in under 12 minutes or drive to Fred Howard Beach or Sunset Beach in 7 minutes! Due to allergies of visiting family & friends we do NOT ALLOW PETS OR COMPANION ANIMALS, so you can rest assured that animal allergens will NOT be an issue.

My Happy Place!

Comfortable, homey, relaxing, Florida vacation home. It's on a canal where you can bring your boat. We have a 20 foot floating dock. Fishing and swimming off the dock are a great pass time. A five minute ride by boat, to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We have two old canoes for you to check out the canals, the island and sand bar just past the main canal. Close to all stores, places to eat, and many county and state parks. At night relax on the porch and watch the fish swim.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Tarpon Springs, Palm Cottage (520 sf) is walking distance to the world famous SPONGE DOCKS, and located just blocks away from breweries, restaurants, and the PINELLAS TRAIL. And the BEACH is only 3 mi away! The cottage offers king and twin beds, Wi-Fi, Fire TV, kitchen w/ full stove and fridge, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, table, and shared use of the tropical back yard of our 121-year-old Victorian home. 1st time Airbnb guests welcome!

You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft Cottage & private entry, deck/dock, all to yourself. Located on a 37-acre private ski lake.Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Pet fee $50.
