Come stay in our updated basement unit! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs. We occupy the upstairs.

Mountainside Getaway/where the deer roam!

Mountain side, 1/2 acre grassy country home, pet free... Very comfortable with 2 family rooms with large flat screen TV in one of the rooms, spacious kitchen, 2 fireplaces and plenty of wood to burn, hiking, snowshoeing, biking out the door and 20 minutes from Snow Basin and 45 minutes from Salt Lake Ski areas. The mountain is your back yard. This home is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The deer love it too! No parties or events allowed.

Cozy 1-bedroom basement apartment with fireplace

Please read our description before booking! Basement apartment close to I-15. Gas oven and range, full fridge, and breakfast provided. Close to Hill Air Force Base! You can enjoy a nice, quiet evening at the fireplace, grill in the backyard, or check out what’s around (Hill Aerospace Museum, Antelope Island, Great Salt Lake, etc.). We are upgrading and updating the house as we can. The laundry room is in the basement, but separate from this apartment.

This home is located in West Haven Utah, 10 minutes from downtown Ogden, just 40 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. In 35 minutes you can be at Snowbasin enjoying a day of skiing. Attractions within 30 minutes include Lagoon amusement park, and Cherry Hill water park and Pineview dam. Salt Lake International airport is 45 minutes from this home. There is a big backyard that is fenced with patio and bbq grill. Kitchen is fully furnished.
