Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

Pound Hill Cottage is surrounded in picturesque scenery on the edge of Miners Rest Victoria just 15 mins from Ballarat CBD. A great place to access everything Ballarat has to offer. A newly renovated, clean, comfortable, relaxing 3 bedroom country accommodation with amazing views and sunsets. All linen is provided for your stay. Our cottage boasts comfortable beds with electric blankets, a wood fire for winter, air conditioning for Summer, fully equipped laundry and lots of outdoor space.

Guests can expect to be greeted by our inquisitive array of farm pets, including highland cows, sheep & chooks.

The Vicarage At Clunes. Luxury French style villa.

French country living in the heart of regional Victoria. The Vicarage At Clunes is one of the state's oldest residences. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy luxury accommodation close to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Fryers Hut

Set in the peaceful bushland of Fryerstown, Fryers hut is only 10 minutes from Castlemaine, 30 minutes from Daylesford and 5 minutes from Vaughan Springs. Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna. In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.

Hilltop Tiny Home with Outdoor Hot Tub & Hamper

Eppalock Hilltop Retreat is an Eco Friendly Tiny Home situated on 20 acres of secluded bushland in the Lyell State Forest. It boasts hilltop views of Mt Alexander and the Eppalock ranges where you will find an abundance of wildlife such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Goannas and Lizards. Enjoy some local cider and chocolates included in your welcome hamper from the outdoor hot tub, or cozy up with a movie beside the mini log fire inside.
