This 3 bedroom/2 bath updated spacious house is family friendly, located within walking distance of a walking trail, a local park, and library and driving distance to the downtown square. It is also ideal for travelers visiting family in Dresden or any of the nearby towns of Greenfield, Martin, Gleason, and more! Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms with granite countertops. Towels, equipped kitchen, including coffee maker included. Our house has a big backyard with a swing on the side.

This is a spacious cottage in the country. It has a kitchenette with small appliances, a livingroom area, a sleeping area and bath/standing shower. The sleeping area includes a queen size bed and a twin bed separated by a dividing curtain. There is a beautiful patio and deck for relaxing, and a small play area for children. Close to UT Martin, Bethel Collage, Carroll Lake and Garrett Lake. Laundry mat 10 min. away.

This is a quiet neighborhood on a serene side street. We accept pets with the additional pet fee. We also allow early check in and late check outs when available.

This little cottage is in a lovely historical area that is set on a dead-end street. History is abundant here. The cottage expresses the calmness and friendliness of the area. The cottage was built in the 50's and is sound and decorated in antiques of a French style. There are two patios to relax on in total privacy.
